Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1️⃣ Eligibility 

• Only new members who have never subscribed before are eligible as referrals.

2️⃣ Commission Structure

• Referrers earn 30% of the referred member’s subscription cost when they sign up.

• The referrer continues to earn 30% of the subscription cost each month as long as the referred member remains subscribed.

• Commissions are only paid for active, paying subscribers—if a referred member cancels, the referrer stops earning commissions.

3️⃣ Payout Rules

• Payouts are processed on a monthly basis after verifying active referrals.

• Commissions are paid via PAYPAL OR ZELLE .

4️⃣ Referral Tracking & Attribution

• Referrals must sign up using the referrer’s NAME  to be counted.

• If multiple people refer the same person, the commission is awarded to the first valid referrer recorded in the system.

5️⃣ Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

• Self-referrals are not allowed (you cannot refer yourself or create fake accounts).

• Referrers cannot offer incentives (e.g., cash, gifts) in exchange for signing up under their referral link.

• Any fraudulent activity, including fake sign-ups, multiple accounts, or abuse of the program, will result in immediate termination of the referrer’s participation and forfeiture of earnings.

• Referral commissions do not apply to refunded or chargebacked subscriptions.

6️⃣ Program Changes & Termination

• Wizard Trends Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

• Any disputes regarding referrals or commissions will be handled at the sole discretion of Wizard Trends Inc.
